One of the things that helps we stay motivated is following my fitspirations on Instagram. These people inspire me to push myself harder. I like seeing their progress on my IG feed because it makes me feel that I can also accomplish what they are doing if I put in the hard work.

We compiled a list of inspiring Pinays that you should follow on Instagram to get your daily dose of fitness motivation.

1. Aubrey Miles (@milesaubrey)

This hot mama is an ISSA certified fitness trainer. Her IG feed is full of fitness routines and motivational quotes to get you fired up for your workout.


2. Kat Geronimo (@bodybymamakat)

Kat is a celebrity fitness coach. Be inspired by the workouts and fitness tips she regularly posts on her IG. One look at her guns and her impressive abs and you’ll see why her celebrity clients, one of which is Kathryn Bernardo, choose to work with her.


3. Lexi Gancayco (@lexi_gancayco)

Lexi is an Adidas ambassador and an indoor cycling instructor at Ride Revolution. Her rock hard abs will inspire you to do your ab exercises on the regular. She’ll inspire you to take on indoor cycling just because she looks effortlessly good doing it.

AKA Tough Girl on Facebook,Β she is Ms. Golds Gym Philippines 2016, a bikini competitor and fitness coach. To add to this impressive resume, she also was a formerΒ CNNPhil news anchor, RadioDJ TV, event host and voice talent. So basically, there’s nothing this woman can’t do. She’s living proof of why girls SHOULD lift.


5. Bubbles Paraiso (@bubblesparaiso)

She’s aΒ certified ashtanga vinyasa & kids yoga teacher and a triathlete. This strong woman regularly shares photos of yoga poses guaranteed to inspire you to be a yogini.
